Meetings
Teams meet when it suits them, so Keanan schedules meetings on any day, at any time, as many as the calendar needs. An optional weekly rotation keeps a recurring team meeting running by itself.
Scheduling
Section titled “Scheduling”Admins schedule meetings with a date, an optional time and any number of presenter slots. Several meetings can share a day. The optional weekly automation creates a recurring team meeting and assigns the next presenter fairly: people who have never presented come first, then whoever presented longest ago.
Reminders
Section titled “Reminders”Presenters hear about it three ways: in app notification, email and a local notification on their phone. Reminders go out one week ahead and on the morning of the meeting, and reassignment or date changes re arm them.
Slides that stay useful
Section titled “Slides that stay useful”Presenters upload slides from the app or the dashboard, in PDF, PowerPoint or image form. PowerPoint files convert to PDF automatically in the background, so every deck previews directly in the browser and in the app. The original file remains available for download.
The archive
Section titled “The archive”Past meetings keep their presenters, topics, notes and slides. New teammates can read three months of meetings in an afternoon.
