Keanan started with a simple observation: small companies and agencies run their people operations on a patchwork of spreadsheets, chat threads and tools that were built for someone much bigger. The data that matters most, contracts, salaries, time off, sits in systems those companies do not control.

What we build

Keanan is one platform for payroll records, contracts, paid time off, Monday meetings, benefits and reimbursements: an admin dashboard for the people running the company and a mobile app, in ten languages, for everyone else. It is engineered end to end as one system rather than assembled from parts.

What we believe

Ownership is the product. Everything follows from three commitments that are unusual in this market:

• Your brand. The entire platform white labels through configuration. Your clients see your name, not ours.
• Your servers, if you want. The same stack that powers our cloud runs on a single machine in your own account. We publish the instructions.
• Your data, always. One click exports every record and every file. Leaving has to be easy for staying to mean anything.

Who is behind it

Keanan is founder led and built by Samuel Ssekizinvu. Small on purpose: you talk to the people who build the product. The kea in our mark is a mountain parrot from New Zealand, famous for curiosity, intelligence and an inability to leave systems unexamined. We relate.
