Accessibility statement

People ops software is used by everyone in a company, so accessibility is part of the quality bar, not an afterthought.

Standard

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA across this website, the admin dashboard and the employee app.

What is in place

• Semantic HTML with landmarks, labeled navigation and a logical heading order
• Color contrast designed to meet AA on text and interactive elements
• Visible keyboard focus on all interactive controls
• Animations are disabled for visitors who set a reduced motion preference
• The employee app follows the platform accessibility features of iOS and Android, including dynamic type and screen readers
• The platform is available in ten languages

Known limitations

Uploaded content such as presentation slides and receipts is displayed as provided and may not be accessible if the source file is not. Charts in the dashboard currently convey some information visually; we are extending their text alternatives.
