Payroll: gross to net, payslips and salary payouts

Pay runs calculate gross to net with dated statutory rules for Uganda (PAYE from 1 July 2026, NSSF, Local Service Tax), Kenya (PAYE, NSSF tiers, SHIF, Housing Levy) and Nigeria (Nigeria Tax Act 2025, pension, NHF), or tax bands and contributions you define.
Proration for starters and leavers, unpaid leave, recurring allowances and deductions, one-off bonuses, and approved expenses paid with salary.
Approval by a second admin, branded payslip PDFs with year to date totals in the app and the Time Portal.
Pay salaries through Flutterwave, Paystack or Wise, download a SEPA or bank CSV file, or send signed payouts to your own system. Keys are encrypted and payouts are idempotent.
Statutory remittance totals, a payroll register and a balanced accounting journal for every run.

Departments, job titles, start dates and reporting lines, with an org chart in the dashboard and new CSV import columns.
Approvals follow the reporting line: managers see and decide requests from their own team, and only the right people are notified.

Time off policy: monthly accrual, proration for mid-year starters, capped carry-over with expiry, and sick leave kept separate if you choose.
