• 25 people means 25 active employee accounts. Deactivated and former employees do not count.
• Growing past 25 moves you to Managed; your data and domain move with you.
• Cancel from Whop any month. Your export stays available for 30 days after.

• Setup covers provisioning, domain and email setup, data import from your previous tool and a one hour admin onboarding.
• The setup fee is not refunded once the environment is live; the monthly fee is cancellable monthly.
• Store listings for a branded app need your own Apple and Google developer accounts; we publish on your behalf.

What you get

• Full source access to the backend, dashboard, time portal and mobile app under the Keanan license
• A deploy script that stands the whole stack up on one low cost instance (AWS, Hetzner, your own box) with TLS

• The license covers one company. Running it for other companies needs the Reseller program.
• Updates stop after 12 months unless renewed; the software keeps running either way.
• You run backups, monitoring and upgrades. The docs and runbook cover all three.

• The right to deploy Keanan for clients under your brand, with your logo on every surface and no mention of Keanan
• One client environment included; every further client is a €490 per year deployment license
• The provisioning scripts we use ourselves: one command per client, shared or dedicated hosts
