When your company runs Keanan, the app is your side of it. Check a payslip, book time off, start the clock, photograph a receipt. No emails to HR, no spreadsheet, no waiting until Monday.

What you can do
- Time off. See your balance, request days, get the answer as a notification.
- Clock in and out. Start and stop your day, and check what the week adds up to.
- Payslips. Every payslip you have been issued, ready to open or forward.
- Expenses. Photograph a receipt and the amounts fill themselves in.
- Contracts and documents. Your paperwork, signed and searchable.
- Meetings and benefits. What is scheduled, and what you are entitled to.
Managers get approvals too: time off and expense requests can be cleared from the phone, with the team directory alongside them.
Getting in
- 1 Your employer invites you and sends a workspace address or a pairing QR code.
- 2 Install the app, scan the code or type the address, and sign in once.
- 3 Turn on Face ID or your fingerprint. After that it opens in a second.
One app serves every company. It connects to whichever Keanan instance your employer runs, including one hosted on their own servers.
Built to be trusted with it
- Biometric lock and two factor authentication. Your payroll is not one unlocked phone away.
- Ten languages. English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Swahili, Hindi, Japanese and Chinese.
- Your company's data stays your company's. The app talks only to your employer's instance.
